Happy New Year from OHZ! As we start the new year, everyone becomes focused on resolutions, goals, and how to make 2020 the best year yet. When it comes to your health, the never-ending goals are always there, as we all continually strive towards better health. In today’s world, we are in constant need for support so we can handle the stressors of daily life. The support we need is different for each situation; sometimes it’s chiropractic care, sometimes it’s supplements to help if you are sick, and other times it is support for your overall mental/emotional well-being as we deal with life stress. The new year brings new changes for OHZ as well. We are continually growing and evolving to be able to help as many people as possible. As the schedule gets busier, it is important to us to still give you the same quality of care- first and foremost this means we have to schedule our time accordingly, so we aren’t rushing your visits. When we allot enough time for everyone, this limits how many people can be seen in the day and when the open timeslots are. We ask that as we work to implement systems to work efficiently, everyone plans to schedule their appointments accordingly and in advance whenever possible. We will always try to be flexible to get people in when they need to though!

Another change you have likely noticed in the office is the ever-changing inventory of supplements. We are no longer carrying the majority of Metagenics supplements, as most products have been replaced with better-priced versions of the exact same formulas.
