Meet the Staff


Tawnya Konobeck, Certified Personal Trainer, First Line Therapy Certified
As a multitalented member of the Optimal Health Zone team, Tawnya is our primary lifestyle educator managing the in-office lab tests and measurements, coaching and support for lifestyle and eating plans, stress management, rehabilitation training, and personalized stretching, strengthening, and movement therapies. She also works with Dr. Lein providing therapies and individualized nutrition.

Tawnya also manages office details to take care of your individual administrative needs. She helps at the front office to take care of your scheduling, checking in & out, and keeps things running smoothly.

Tawnya comes with a background in education, personal training and yoga instruction. She is trained by Dr. Lein and participated in the mentoring program training. She also attended seminars for Applied Kinesiology and Functional Medicine.  Under the direction of Dr. Lein she supports your care to maintain the quality and thoroughness of each visit.

 

Jane Rizzo

Jane is our "fill in" front office support and is our NeuroIntegrater technician.  (Brain Biofeedback)  She will be doing the brain mapping and helping run your sessions.  Dr. Lein will continue to interpret the maps and recommend protocols.  Jane is a very calming influence to the clinic and has a lot of experience helping others.  Watch for your holiday card with your coupon and more info inside!
